went to the welcome weekend for the med school im going to. i LOVED it. everyone is so much more laid back from the interview process. i'm glad all the hard work and stress is starting to dissipate so we can just breathe for a few months before we have to hit it hard again. i was fortunate enough to meet two people going to lubbock for the exact same thing on the flight over there, and we all had the same flight back so it was a good icebreaker to the whole weekend and also a nice end to the whole ordeal. i didn't think i would ever say this but i CANNOT wait until the end of summer when school starts :]. it did nothing to help the horrible senioritis i have right now though, the whole weekend all i could think is "wow i really don't wanna go back to school now."
