Oh dear, we're not doing well at all, are we?
This new interface is thoroughly terrifying and I can't believe that I not only forgot--
oh good at least the keyboard-command formatting still works. hurray for rich text--
--forgot that NaBlo existed, but wasn't reminded until *someone* messaged me on tumblr for a Christmas card. And we're even later than last year. Yikes.
So yeah this is my annual check-in saying I'm fine. What's happened this year, hmm:
• I've been writing a lot! I finished that one chapter that'd been killing me for over a year, written another, and am about 60? percent done with a third.
•Work is steady, but stressful (workcrush is gone and that's just as well since he was actually kind of a fuckboi). I'd had to train four people for another assistant position between last August and this April; the person we have now is great but she's gotten sick recently and is not handling the environment well (i.e., I deserve a HELLA raise).
•Esmeralda and I are looking for a new apartment because we can't stand all the nonsense from our neighbors anymore and we're both sick of schlepping to a laundromat.
•I beat Skyward Sword and am currently playing through Adventure of Link?! WOW. I also (finally) started a dedicated Zeldablog!
•CPAC was okay (it was better on my birthday :V), probably not going back to ANYC.
•D&D group is still going strong; Es and Abi have joined. We stopped filming officially in September, had one last in-person go in October, and now we'll be doing it online, so we can do it more often as well.
•some other stuff, probably
