I'm very excited about The Legend of Korra, and those first two episodes were fantastic. I think it's only U.S. viewers for now (which is always so fucking retarded), but you can watch at korranation.com if you haven't already. :D It's scary how alike Korra and I are.

So it's kind of obvious that I have to cosplay this girl this summer. Problem is, I am not in the shape to do it! I'm not particularly bad, but I've needed to get back into shape for ages. I know I need to change my eating habits* and exercise lots, but I'm not quite sure exactly how I should accomplish that, and how I can stay motivated to do so. So what say you, fitness types? Have any suggestions or recommendations or game plans for me? Anything you can refer me to would be great, and if you could share your own personal experiences -- let me know what might trip me up and what kept you, personally, going -- that'd be awesome. And while cosplaying is a great motivator, I can't leave it at that; I'd like to get back into the sort of shape I was in in college, so suggestions for an all-out workout plan would be super. Thanks so much! :D
*I'm so worried about eating because I should probably be eating a lot less than I am. But food is energy and I'm already really lethargic as it is; I don't want to get worse and not have the will to exercise! I should also lay off the fried stuff, but that's a lot of what my mom cooks when she feels like it and if I don't eat what she makes, she feels offended, and when I try to cook something for myself, she's always hovering over me asking what I'm making. I could eat out, but that's a bad idea, too! AHHHH!
Rangers are back on top of shit. They beat the Leafs today (Captain won it in the shootout), and are the second team to break 100 points. In fact, their 101 puts them back in first in the league. Pittsburgh lost in regulation, so the Rangers' lead in the ATL goes back up to three (whew)! Philly clinched a playoff spot, but the Canucks officially claimed their division title today. The Sabres even jumped up to eighth thanks to their four-game win-streak!
