im like never ever goign to eat anything with fat or artificial stuff in it or refined sugar or heavy dairy food.

oatmeal for breakfast w/OJ

wrap for lunch w/ banana and milk

that's all the food i need for one day

anything more that that and ill be on the verge of puking during laps; and no onions they hurt too
