Fat

Holy shit I'm getting fat. My eating habits have gone to shit, and I'm no longer doing anything remotely active apart from playing squash once a week. I'm heavier than I've ever been, and I think I've put on about a stone over the past 6 months.

I'm going to the gym tomorrow, squash on Sunday, then I'll be back at the gym either Monday or Tuesday. I'm going to get buff.

My goal isn't necessarily to lose weight overall, but I need to turn fat to muscle if I don't. I'm sure as hell not putting on any more weight.
