It's been an emotional day, that's for sure. However, I am now free of my parents. It hurts, but I expected as much. I have been getting text messages from my dad, stepmom, and sister telling me that I made a stupid decision. Well, fuck them. I thought long and hard about this choice, and I really think it was necessary. I can't live for them anymore' I have to live for myself. I hope they understand that.

I just thought I'd update you on what's happening, and I'll probably write more when I'm not so emotionally drained. :)
