Thomas Rongen has named the 20-player squad for the 2009 CONCACAF U-20 Championship, which serves as qualifying for this fall's U-20 World Cup, held from September 24th to October 16th in Egypt. The Championship starts March 6th in Trinidad and Tobago, with the US playing Jamaica, either Honduras or St. Vincent and the Grenadines (which sounds like a band, tbh), and El Salvador in the group stage.

More details on the roster Also, the US Soccer site has kindly given us some
short bios on the players. I'm already flailing over Brek and Peri and after a quick google, Jared Jeffrey is gorgeous. I will definitely be keeping up with the U-20s, that's for sure. Idk if they'll be as hot/awesome/amazingly adorable as last cycle's U-20s (I mean, I doubt they can beat Sal and Tony playing hide and seek) but you never know. :)
