USOC Quaterfinals plus MLS Week 15 Game of the Week LRS
Here is a bit of history kids,The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, originally know as the national challenge cup, is the oldest american soccer tournament dating back to 1914 and open to all United States Soccer Federation affiliated teams from amateurs to professionals. And for a bit of none history a cup that just doesn't get enough love in my opinion. The rich history alone should be a huge selling point of sadly the teams just fail to take it seriously enough for various reasons, some good and some not so good. And so when teams do give it some respect i'm over joyed, and one of those teams is the Sounders FC. They will be airing their Quarterfinals match up against the Los Angeles Galaxy on their site through a live streaming video cast at 10:00pm EST. They will look to join Chivas USA and Columbus Crew already in the Semifinals.
And then thursday is the MLS Game of the week on ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes at 9:30pm EST as Real Salt Lake take on the Chicago Fire in Sandy, Utah.
