Hannah's Oscarpicks 2006!
Best Picture: Okay. SO TORN here. I'm thinking it's between Brokeback Mountain and Crash. Now to go with my personal favourite? I'm going Brokeback Mountain.
Best Actor: Philip Seymore Hoffman. Fo Sho. Ain't no way poor little Heath's in with a chance. Hope Philip still has space for more awards!
Best Supporting actor: I'm actually going with George Clooney. He's had a huge year and he'll get the Oscar for Siriyana. Again, Jake's nowhere in sight.
Best Director: I think uh. the guy from Crash. I think it's a push for George Clooney for Good Luck and Goodnight (or whatever!) and the guy for Memoirs of a Geisha, that was awesome.
Best Supporting actress: Reese Witherspoon. what with singing etc. I'm with her.
Felicity Huffman: SO torn about whether or not to pick her. I have a feeling she won't get it but Transamerica seems to be doing remarkably well...and she's good in it apparently. However, Oscar winner or not, i'll never stop screaming "SHUT UP LYNETTE" occasionally on Monday nights.
So there we go, that's why i saw so many movies this year, to type that barely a paragraph! yay me ;)
