So we applied at waterford west about a week ago, and our managers at applebees just faxed our stuff yesterday. I called to make sure they actually got faxes. and they said they are just waiting on Jons. But Jon is talking to me today, and said that his parents are very serious about buying another house, and they want us to live in that one. He

I talked to my mom today, and they are going to find out about the house by the end of the week, I am pretty certain. The house needs a little finishing work (like plastering, sanding, and painting the drywall, all of which my dad can do), so my dad will be kinda finishing it while you guys are living there. The rent would probably be around 250 per person, somewhere around there, and that wouldnt include utilities (but they arent usually included in apartment prices, either). The house is off Milford rd, just south of M-59, and that is the one you guys would be living in, not in my parent's current home. I dont think there would be extra pet rent, but that is something you guys would have to talk to my mom about. And KTB, if you guys end up living there, when you and Jon get married, you can buy it off my parents!! LOL!! That is all I know for now, but I will keep you updated when I find out more.
I can always clean your teeth for free you know...I really don't mind, but we would have to schedule it between 1 and 2 on a tue-friday.
