Day 44, morning
I hopped out of bed with a spring in my step. Today was lake day! After my morning ritual, I slipped into a gorgeous light blue (barely) one-piece swimsuit and put my dress on over top. I put sunscreen, a towel and a couple of my other suits in my beach bag (in case anyone needed it), wrote up a couple direction sheets in case anyone got lost, and posted them around well-traveled areas of the castle. Once I was sure I was set to go, I headed off for the lake. Luckily it was only a hop skip and a jump away. Along the way, I posted signs saying "Lake Party" and the direction from there. I arrived without a problem and set up my lovely flower-patterned towel on the beach. Once my skin was properly protected from the sun, I pulled my hair back and lay on my towel, absorbing the lovely sun's rays and feeling the spray wash over me. Any minute now, other people would be arriving and the real fun would begin...
(OOC: Feel free to go nuts with this post. Anyone is welcome to join the lake party - it was meant to be a big shindig, though not in a formal way. You can go swimming, lay out on the beach, make sandcastles... Just have fun! And one of the Yozaks will have snacks later. ^^ I figured that I'd get this underway since Cheri was one of the founders of the idea. Sorry if I'm slow to respond - I'm on vacation and might not be able to answer right away.)
