Without that "needs Chrome for his 'survival', so his feelings..." part, the pairing would be null in the first place. Friggin'... Since when does a pairing even need to be mutual, anyway? Not to mention that people ship all sorts of stuff in which the two characters honestly hate each other's guts in canon. So if you want to pick on "feelings (that) aren't as sweet", then GO THERE.
I will not even get into the fact that Mukuro does, in his own way, take care of and watch out for his minions subordinates. ...Which has been shown repeatedly. (Because, personally, I like the antagonistic ambiguity the most anyway.) Seriously, just... whatever.

Actually, going by this person's logic, Mukuro can't be paired with anyone, in the first place. >_> Which is very lulzy because... Going by generic fandom theories/observation, this is probably some crappy fangirl who slashes Mukuro with someone (good for her, I don't care, BUT). Don't even tell me I'm being presumptious, because lol... Clear sign: throwing Chrome with some other characters just to make sure she's out of the way. So, because of that, she can't take the fact that this looks canon-esque? My answer to that part: LULZ, sucks to be you. I tolerate your ass-pulled fail, don't ruin my canon. Kthx.

My problem is not that the person dislikes a pairing.
It's not even the fact that the pairing happens to be my *huge* OTP.
An age-old dislike of mine, however, has always been pairing-hate just because the person ships something else. Srsly, wut. Find a better reason or GTFO.
Of course, there's also the "my favorite character" possibility in which any other canon (especially female) is the enemy. LOL. That's usually the case with people who don't much ship canon x canon precisely for that reason.
