Okay, for a second here, let's set aside my strongly apparent dislike for most yaoi fangirls (because they generally ARE morons no matter what you say), and think about that.
Most yaoi fanfiction is unrealistic, poorly written crap-- oh, oops, I said no bias. Sorry. xD Anyway, the sex scenes in that stuff are geared towards fan-service and, by that, idealized -- which means they have little to nothing in common with reality!
