Today was our first day of school, and that kind of sucked big time.
If everyday were a half day, I think we'd all be better off.
I don't know how to do this any other way without too much pointless rambling [like so], so I'm just going to break my day down hour by hour. & you'll LIKE it.
1st Hour (Geometry): My teacher, Mrs. Campbell, is really nice. I thought I was going to hate math this year, but if Mrs. Campbell stays nice it shouldn't be too bad. Plus Jordin's in my class, which is pretty friggin sweet. Especially since we were pretty close all through middle school, but I didn't see her at all last year.
2nd Hour (History): Other than the fact that I have a lot of people in this class with me [Alyssa, Jordin, Taylor, Michael, Mason, etc.], it is going to suck horribly. It seemed pretty hard, the way Ms. Fricke was outlining it. It will probably just be us doing a butt load of really easy work though. If I don't make it through the class it'll probably just because I get too annoyed with Ms. Fricke's voice. She sounds like she's constantly on the verge of tears.
3rd Hour (Comp.): Alyssa and Katie P. are in my class, and it seems alright. I miss K to the Aitlyn in there, though. It's going to be a lot of hard work again, and I'm going to try to actually do the work assigned. Mrs. Hyde seemed really cool, but she's pregnant. Which means I can't get too used to her, because she goes on maternity leave in October. Then we'll probably get stuck with some crappy sub that can't even speak English. I swear, Mrs. Carter made enough babies for the whole world.
4th Hour (Spanish 3): I'm fucked.
5th Hour (P.E.): I'm with Edgar again, only this year he's making us do conditioning. Sad. Katie P's in this class with me, and Kaitlyn is in Osmoe's class that hour. She's going to try to switch to Edgar, but if she can't she's going to go back to athletic girls. Matt Robert's might be in it with me this semester, too, but he's in it for sure next semester.
6th Hour (Bio): I don't even know why I signed up for such a horrible class. Dissecting pigs should've been the thing that told me not to do it, but nooo. I just had to go with the high track. At least I got help from a certain friend, and Ashton is in my class. Thank God for Ashton.<3
7th Hour (Consumer's Ed.): ...Yeah. Ms. Dekker is crazy. And I don't even know what the hell this class is supposed to be about.
That's basically it. I got assigned a chapter to read in History, and a chapter to read in Comp. I was going to do that a little bit ago [you know, do the whole "good student" thing], and I realized that I left my books at school. Yeah. I'm off to a GREAT start.
