So 1 month into my New Years Resolution I just weighed myself and I'm at... 196. I only gained 5 pounds in a month and it's been hard as a motherfucker... Keep training, keep eating. And my mom's scale that calculates body fat said I had 31% bodyfat which is way wrong but being 17 and 5'10 I should only weigh about 170 but what does that scale fuckin' know.
