When Darkness Enter Light

May 10, 2010 18:29

We often call other people blind when we find their actions contradicting our values or our own course of action.

Blinded by love, blinded by hate, etc. etc.

The more we consider our disdain of others, the further away we are from seeing perhaps we're the identical perpatrator.

We lose sight of being able to see what others take for granted and became the same purpose we choose not to see we hate. The saying goes: Like vintage wine, we get better as we age - so I wonder: who becomes lucky when the darkness lifts? We can see the progress made by others or the consequences of our own decisions.

There are, however, those that prefer the darkness - only there can they see what they choose to believe.
