SNOW!!!
Yes, in a fluke turn of events, it snowed last night. Now, usually it snows a little around this time, but it NEVER EVER sticks. It melts and looks gross, and we pray for a white Christmas but instead we get an icy January. This time it stuck. Like 2 inches of it. It's pretty!
So what is the problem? Well...I have to go home either tomorrow or Saturday. So hopefully the roads will be clear, since there is no not back-road way for me to get home.
But the snow is soooo pretty. It almost makes me wish I were in love. Snow is kind of like love, true love. It doesn't happen that often, and when it does, you're always skeptical as to whether it's really happening. And you pray that it will stick, and when it doesn't, you're sad and depressed. And the roads get icy, and you feel like you're constantly spinning out of control. But when it sticks, it's like you look outside and the world looks completely different. You notice everything, instead of just glossing it over. And you have fun. You don't just walk to class, you play on the way. And, when it's gone, you're really sad. When someone messes it up, you're really sad. And when it's gone, you know that it can come back, but that it will never be exactly the same. You'll never forget your first snow...
