Started at 8:00pm and ended at 9:30pm
Worked on lines, kicks, tumbling, lower back strength, mantis staff.
THis class kicked my ass and mopped the floor with me. I may have hurt my knee a little more. I really need to remember to talk to my Chiropractor about it, he worked on fixing my knee the last time I was in there. I guess I've put a nasty torque in there that shouldn't be there.
Line to remember for future practice:
Roundhouse, flying side kick, inside crescent kick, cartwheel kick, drunken monkey kick, backwards roll, flying front kick (no mini kick before hand)
