Let's see how many are still at LJ!
Been awhile since I posted, since the main reason I'd been on LJ was as a communication tool between myself and my buddy in Afghaniland. He's been back for about a month now, and usually we keep in contact via text messages on our cells anymore.
Even still, I dunno how to blog entries in myspace yet, and too lazy to try learning it right now, so I'm gonna post here and see who reads!
I've taken quite a bite out of life lately. Been difficult to digest it all and still have time to sleep. Between work, chores at home, taking Japanese (a lot more homework 2nd quarter than 1st quarter), and trying to finish other projects before starting new projects, and of course car maintenance because I'm too cheap to always take them to mechanics to do stuff I already know how to do myself, and then there's learning how to play a guitar that I've started on top of all that (not getting very far just yet, as you can imagine), and then there's the whole work out and eat more than I need because I'm trying to gain weight. I tell you what, that hasn't been working out too well yet, as my body's metabolism is just so high that it's been near impossible to get any heavier than 150lbs without dedicating my life to it like a hobby. Still, if I want those extra 20lbs by July, I need to give up something. Probably video games, or maybe visit friends a little less often. Neither take up as much time as they used to in my life, but they're still activities that don't involve working out. =P
Today I have chores to do at home, mainly so it doesn't smell like cat or dirty dishes if I have guests over, and of course work on the new computer that used to be Washu, my main desktop. Since replacing nearly all the parts, it thinks it's a new computer and forces me to reactivate Windows and won't let me do much of anything until that happens. Of course, their "activation center" online is down for some stupid reason, so I have to wait to even do that. I didn't know Microsoft could be as reliable as some of our software vendors at my work these days. Their reputation is falling...
