Texas Planet isn't the most accurate of names. To explain the in-joke and ruin the humor the moon gets taken over by Texas and becomes Texas Planet. Don't ask me to explain how Texas taking over changes the designation from satellite to planet, I think Dusty came up with the name.

Anyway

happened. Texas Planet is Moon Lord because Texas Planet IS the Moon.
