Interesting combination. I wasn't really sure about this one because usually strawberry makes me nauseous if I eat it first thing in the morning. To my surprise this was actually quite good. The colour isn't very attractive, a dirty brown but the flavour was sharp and not too sweet. The balance was perfect so neither the strawberry nor the rhubarb dominated. Again, no artificial colourings and a bit less sugar the normal jam.
