Aww, unexpectedly dark and wicked? hehehe. I have a dark side after all! XD. hehee. I know, Martin on one hand totally looks the evil aggressive man that he *can* be, but I still cannot leave the nice Martin behind, so I was quite internally killing myself and apologising endlessly to the Martin in my head for making him mean. =(

Thanks for the compliments about Danny, I think it's got more to do with my own resolve disintegrating. Things don't look nice for Danny... *worries*. Most definitely, I'm sure everyone can see that Danny and Martin, should they both stay, would be the natural heirs to the centreback pairing. It's just, does Danny have the patience to wait? (and what sucks most is that a player of his calibre should not HAVE to wait. but it's just unfortunate that we have so many good defenders and that Rafa seems to prefer Martin-Carra to Danny-Carra.)

And thank you so much for mentioning Nando! This actually started purely as a Dan/Nando fic but as usual, Martin snuck in...so I was curious as to how the Dan/Nando-ness was received, but it seemed that Martin sort of stole the show a bit. Anyways, so I'm extremely grateful for your feedback! =) =).
