so, I have spent the last few weeks being stressed out to the max. I havent been so broke in my life. I have been feeling pretty shitty and all i want is to sit at the bar and drink. Instead, I train constantly. I run, and stretch and lift and stretch some more. I tie my weights together with rope and put the rope in my mouth. Then I lift the weights with my teeth. This strengthens my jaw and neck making it harder for me to get knocked out by an opponent. I drop 20 pound weights on my stomach while doing crunches. I do all push ups on my knuckles until the sores on my fists break open again and start bleeding. Then I train with heavy bags. My elbows are getting so powerful now that Im starting to beat holes into the bag. Muay Thai has become my best friend.
