gosh when is this work madness every going to end. 
just did 30 minutes of ashtanga. 
can die. so inflexible. all it takes is 2 weeks of not practicing. 
bah.

myopia is not a good thing.
yesterday i suffered death by ashtanga.
a good death i would say.
the new british intern has taken a liking to the durian candy in the office.
he thinks that its just a matter of getting used to it.
i made him eat it. (yes. a good supervisor i am.)
now he just needs to try the real thing.
