busy week
SO,
the EOC gauntlet continues. I have kids retesting at the end of the week, and am tutoring like hell and fixing the horrible mess of portfolios their old teacher left. I am glad that I get to help the kids, but I am indescribably angry at their old teacher for doing such a poor job and leaving me this huge mess to clean up. I cannot possibly fix this entire semester's worth of crap in the month I have to be here.... but I am sure as hell trying. Crossed the halfway mark on the portfolios, but kids keep showing up for tutoring so I don't have the time to do it. About done with the calls home for the retests, and all done with my administration of regular testing. I can smell the finish line!!! I can make it! Now I just have to score myself a contract for next year....
