The Streets of Fandom, Sunday Evening

Hercules returned to existence, swinging at a now non-existent foe and the words "Blue furry guy!" bellowing from his lungs.

It took him a moment to realize what exactly had happened, his eyes blinking a bit in the now darker lighting. He dabbed his hand above his eye, where the worst of his wounds still bled, but a smile spread across his face. He reached into different belt pouches with his hands, retrieving the two things he needed most at that moment: a large bandage and his cell phone.

Deftly, he managed to wrap the bandage around his head while dialing a certain number back in his universe. He looked rather rugged, the battle scarred veteran with the bandage across his head, scratches and bruises on his arms. Finally, the phone connected his call.

"Herc, I'm in the middle of something," said the familiar voice of Amadeus Cho.

"Why did you even pick it up?" came the voice in the background, followed by a snake-like hiss. Definitely Delphyne Gorgon.

"...Sorry to interrupt," Hercules said with a relieved chuckle, and he hung up the phone.

And so, Hercules began walking slowly to the nearest bar, making short phone calls to many of his beloved friends.

"Herc, I'm really not in the mood for a booty call right now," said the fair Jennifer.

"I'm not falling for that 'I always liked fish' line again," said Namora.

"Nyet! Do you have any idea what time it is in Moscow?" said Natasha.

"Look, Canada is under attack by super-powered half-moose Mounties right now, I can't really talk," said Snowbird.

Yes, mainly Hercules was checking in on his exes. He was the sentimental type.

[ooc: Establishy, NFI--he'll be at the bar for any interactions :D]
