That book that I'm working on below is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy one
called "Feeling Good" - D. Burns
I haven't been coping so well with all the stuff that has been happening
in my life recently and I'm not in a good place psychologically so have
decided to get a little bit of bibliotherapy for myself.
It's really funny how everything I read in it I automatically think - I
DO THAT! (yikes!!) And it appears that I pretty much do EVERYTHING that
would cause me more hardship then anyone would normally experience.
So by doing exercises etc etc.. I'm trying to change my thinking style
to a healthier one.
My boss recommended this book to me, for which I am very thankful to her

So I think I should do my part in making anyone else's life a little
happier: if "you" feel sad and in the slumps.. go get that book!!
