(no subject)
Timaru is killing me right now.
It is so, so boring. It was fun while the others were here, but they were only here for Easter, and that was only 5 days. And then they left.
It was good catching up. But dear lord, has one certain person changed. A lot.
After they all left was going through major withdrawal symptoms. After being able to go down the hall to annoy someone when I was bored (ie Matt) to have nobody around... Was moping around and texting him and Lu all the tme, pretty much. (Texted Nicki, too, but she was kinda standoffish, so left her alone. But she texted me last night, so all is good ^^) He told me he missed me too, which was sweet. Feel sorry for him without his car and licence.
I'm taking a break beause I finally started doing my Uni work. The biggest of this is, of course, the essay. I left if off this long because every time I thought of working the mere idea of the amount of work I'd have to do scared me. I have decided to pick topic one (explain why and how the New Zealand Parliament's law making powers were originally limited and give an account of when and how the limitations were removed), because it didn't send me into a coma like topic two does (in what ways can it be said that the New Zealand courts enjoy "a distinct New Zealand legal identity"? What were the steps which brought about this distinct identity?)
We started packing last night. Boxes everywhere, and we rolled our carpets up.
Dad's still stuck out by the Chathams. Stupid weather. Hail at night, heat during the day...
Gonna go work on my wallpapers some more. Euni fixed me up with Photoshop, so am now working on Zvezda-related walls.
