Portal doodles
I've been drawing a lot of Portal lately.
I have a soft spot for Rattman. I drew some more pictures of him but I dunno when I'll get them scanner - my scanner has been pronounced unfixable and I'm looking for a new one.
I have to add that I'm generally not a big fan of humanizing (or lionizing or whatever certain fandoms are into). But Portal is an exception because it's too fun drawing cores as people (I blame the wonderful voice-acting).
Human!Wheatley was quite a challenge because I’ve already seen so many great human!Wheatley designs. I stuck with making him sorta look like Stephen Merchant, only more dorky. Still not sure about the costume, I kinda want to keep those handle things but on the other hand they are completely useless when he’s human.
Still not sure about human!Space but a lot of people draw him as a kid and I see him more as a young adult who acts like a kid.
The last picture happened because falingard asked me to draw core!Chell and I just had to add testsubject!Wheatley to the picture. Am I the only one who feels nervous at the thought of Wheatley handling the portal gun? Come on, we can trust him with it, he once handled an entire scientific facility and nothing went wr- oh wait.
