General Rambles

Time for several rambles. Last weekend I met up with friends from my university days. It was great to see them again and we started back where we left off. It was ashame some of my "friends" didn't bother to return anyones call about meeting. I guess they are ashamed of their past behavior and don't want the rest of us to remind them of how much fun we had back then. The down side of the weekend was my friends who have money that chose the cheep hotel. I couldn't sleep but my arms did. My left pinky has been tingly ever since. (no it is not a heart attack)Pinched nerve in my elbow.

Thursday was fun. NOT Driving to the airport at 4:30AM to hear about the sudden change in airport security. Took 1.5 hours to clear security and in the end I got to watch them pushing my plane back while I standing in the waiting area. I was back in the office by 8:30 :( At least my co-worker made the meeting as he had the more important discussion topics.

Saturday it is off to see the Boston Pops conducted by John Williams with Yo-Yo Ma on cello and James Earl Jones, narrator. It will be an "...evening of music and film features Yo-Yo Ma in a performance of music from John Williams' Golden Globe Award© -winning score for the new film Memoirs of a Geisha, as well as Williams' "Grand Suite from Star Wars" with an original narration performed by actor James Earl Jones, the voice of Darth Vader himself." Very excited about this one. Not excited about the 4.5 hour drive.
