Love it! I especially love the first paragraph because I have looked a lot at Jeff's reactions during/after the kiss, and I think you nailed it. I also really enjoy fic that tells us what happened years later, and this was a really good one! :D

The time progression is really really cool. I've not seen that in a lot of fanfics, and you've pulled it off magnificently :D
