what i love about idealists is that, contrary to popular belief, their heads aren't "up in the clouds", but rather firmly attached to their necks and bodies. the difference is that they experience life completely differently than the realists. reality, to an idealist, is based upon the experience of connecting all five senses, which leads him/her to a perception of the world in its perfect state. to a realist, it is the connection between many factual events, which only allows him/her to see what is happening within the context of what has happened; and in that state, life is dry and unfathomable in its fullness.

i would hate to kiss a realist. everything would be mechanical, devoid of appreciation.
