For 13 Weight Watchers points, you could have one sausage/egg & cheese McGriddle, or...

a packet of Quaker instant (high fiber) oatmeal
a bag of Quaker mini delights (goes well with tea, btw)
a whole grain baguette from Panera
a cup of Yoplait light yogurt
two rounds of Babybel light cheese
a cup of grapes (or just about any other fruit)
and a cup of coffee, with creamer, and sugar substitute...

So, full stomach and veins full of cholesterol, or full stomach and a healthy heart? Yeah, I know, tough choice... :D

I started with oatmeal and coffee and that was enough for breakfast... :)
