With the cancellation of ELF, we got the impression that this could be the last of Creation's LOTR conventions. On the other hand, this year's ORC had the largest list of Lord of the Rings cast since 2005 (albeit not all scheduled as guests ( Read more... )

Every time I read "Doug Adams" I too think of the author and get excited...and then I remember he passed on.

I soooo would have driven you to Beecake. I will start saving for next year! Hopefully I can get a decent seat again.

I'm sure you can... I saw a lot of movement during the seat upgrades session, so people are giving up their seats... that, plus there were definitely less people. I think part of the move to Burbank was because it's a smaller venue.

I don't have an extra copy of the program, so I don't have next year's dates. I think it's the same weekend, though.
I always keep an eye on the website, so I'll be posting as soon as I find new info...
