Okay, the tightness has moved from down my neck into my back, and yes...I took my muscle relaxers. I did, however, manage to clean my kitchen for the first time in ages. I don't think I overdid it, necessarily, but I think my body is screaming at me because I'm not used to doing much of anything, much less cleaning.
