Segways speed up candidates' canvassing
If I recall though, aren't politicians and Segways a bad combination? Didn't GW fall off one of these things a while back?
In other pointless election news, the Democrats in New England are concerned that if the Red Sox somehow won this World Series, then the championship parade would be on November 2 - Election Day. The think voter turnout would drop. Not the Mass. is going to swing to Bush, but New Hampshire is a swing state and the Dems don't want people coming down for the parade instead of to the voting booths.
