I'm back...

The freakin' diet/exercise ... need to lose weight thing, constantly on my mind.

This summer was really tough.  I was working out a lot and recently it lessened, and I hit the pizza and icecream.  I'm ready to get back in the groove.  I need to find a way to cut out the sweets and white flour, drink more water, etc.  Hit the gym for longer!  I was about 152 lbs at the beginning of the summer, I end it at 155.5.  Gotta back on track.  The awesome thing is that I have walked 1,484,567+ steps on my pedometer this year!

This is how my exercise week is looking.

Sat, Sep 10.  Gym (5957+)
Sun, Sep 11. Walking (7612+)
Mon, Sep 12.  4850+ (getting my monthly visitor)
Tues, Sept 13. Walking, Gym (14119+)
Wed, Sept 14. (4113+)
Thurs, Sept 15. (3800+)
Fri, Sept 16. (1459+)
