Insecurity is something that everyone has and yes that means Idols as well no matter how perfect people think they are.
Kyuhyun knew that his Insecurities where from something psychical being the car accident, but his lovers Insecurities stem from Kyuhyun and Kyuhyun himself he knew it was him that caused Sungmin’s Insecurities when he came home from China with the rest of the members of Super Junior M expect Zhou Mi and Henry and maybe that was a good thing.
It’s now 2011 and to be quite honest Kyuhyun didn’t know just how bad he damaged Sungmin until they had a fight about it while they were in China. Sungmin and Eunhyuk had been added after Hankyung left and now Kyuhyun wish that Hankyung would have stayed for Heechul of course but also so that he wasn’t in the position he is in now which would be a angry Sungmin(that has built this up not over months but over the years).. “SO YOU CAN FUCKING FLIRT WITH ZHOU MI, RIGHT INFRONT OF ME BUT I CAN’T FLIRT SIWON,” Sungmin yelled his face red, eyes puffy from crying, “ NO you can not,” Kyuhyun hissed and Sungmin stared at him in shock, “ You are a fucking ass hole, I waited for you back then when you were in China before me and Eunhyuk joined and what were you doing fucking flirting with Zhou Mi, while I had to hear about it on gossip sites and see fucking Qmi video’s everywhere, did you ever stop to think about me Kyuhyun and how you disrespected me, people told me to leave you but I stayed by your side because I love you,” Sungmin said and this was the first time that Kyuhyun had seen the damage he had done three years ago he could see the pain and heart break written all over Sungmin’s face. Sungmin was right Kyuhyun knew that people told Sungmin to leave him because he was some what cold, never showing affection to Sungmin the way Donghae and Eunhyuk do or how Heechul and Hankyung did before he left, He knows that it hurts Sungmin to watch all the couples displaying affection while Kyuhyun keeps it at a minimum. “ I don’t understand how you could sit there and flirt with him and hang off him, when you won’t even give me a second glance half the time, do you even understand how it feels,” and Kyuhyun wish he did be he doesn’t, “ No you don’t Kyuhyun and you never fucking will,” And with that Sungmin stormed past Kyuhyun and grabbed his jacket and phone walking out the room slamming the door. The room was quiet but Kyuhyun could still feel Sungmin’s pain linger in the air. Kyuhyun had caused the damage and now he had to fix It not matter what the cost maybe because Sungmin was his lover, his boyfriend, his other half, and yeah it was exciting to flirt with Zhou Mi but his home was with the pink bunny loving boy that had just stormed out their shared room.
A knock at the door pulled the Mankae from his thoughts and though he didn’t want to talk to anyone at the moment it would be hard for him to act like he wasn’t there because honestly people throughout the whole hotel could have heard them. So reluctantly Kyuhyun opened to door to see Hankyung standing there,“ Hyung, what are you doing here,” He asked confused before moving to the side to let Hankyung walk in,“ I wanted to see you guys, but shhh,” He said holding a finger to his lips and they both laughed, “I heard your argument with Minnie,” Hankyung said smiling sadly and Kyuhyun really didn’t want pity but he knew that’s not what Hankyung was here to give him because Hankyung went through the same thing with Heechul and Siwon.“ Yeah,” Kyuhyun said sitting down on the bed opposite from Hankyung,“ What do I do Hyung,” Kyuhyun asked looking at Hankyung,“ Well for starters you could tone down the Qmi,” He said causing them to laugh lightly, “ But I think that Sungmin understands that it’s fan service though he doesn’t like it but you also have to remember that though Minnie many not be clingy he needs to be told that he’s loved because If my memory services me correctly you didn’t call Sungmin when we were in China near as much as you called Zhou Mi when we came back to Korea,” Hankyung said and he was right, “ I think that you need to show Sungmin that you love him because Sungmin’s heart is so damaged that he may just be with you because to him it’s like second nature he’s never had anyone but you so how can he look for someone else when there is no one out there like you,” Hankyung said before standing and padding Kyuhyun’s shoulder, “ Sungmin may be broken but he’s willing to forgive you for all that you put him through, and just so you know I love you as a brother but I was one of the many people telling Minnie that he could do better,” Hankyung said before closing the door, Kyuhyun wasn’t mad because Hankyung was right Sungmin could do so much better but yet he stays by Kyuhyun’s side and continues to get hurt and shed tears for a man that doesn’t deserve them because he’s not worth them. But he will fight for Sungmin because though he has Sungmin, Sungmin is so distance sometimes he catches his self wondering if he’s dreaming but he’s not and those are the moments when he see the old Sungmin before he became heart broken.
Kyuhyun knows that Sungmin asks himself why he’s not good enough for Kyuhyun but it’s the other way around, he knows that Sungmin often asks himself what It is that Zhou Mi has that he doesn’t but Kyuhyun doesn’t want Sungmin to think that because he doesn’t want Sungmin to try and change him self for Kyuhyun because he loves Sungmin and all his good and bad habits, he loves Sungmin on his best days and loves him even more on his worse because he’s able to see Sungmin at his worst and he is honored to be able see that.
Kyuhyun goes and buys wine because it something that Sungmin and him do. When he returns back to the hotel room he see Sungmin form laying in bed his body still, “ Minnie, I bought wine,” Kyuhyun says quietly but there is no response, Kyuhyun sighs and shuts the door behind him and places the wine bottle on the little coffee table before walking over to where Sungmin laid and got on his knees and pulled the covers back to see Sungmin sleeping and holding a picture against his chest Kyuhyun grabs in and tilts it so that the moon can shine some light on it. It was a picture of them before all this happened when it was Kyumin and not Qmi he sighed and the bed shifted, “Kyu?” He hears Sungmin say, his voice a bit strained from the yelling and crying, “Yeah Minnie It’s me,” He says, “ Kyu,…I…if you want me…t…to change..I..I will,” Sungmin whispers quietly this cause Kyuhyun’s head to snapped to the bed where Sungmin land and he’s never seen anyone look so small, Kyuhyun walked back over to the bed and yanked to blankets back, Sungmin was laying in one of his shirts and his eye’s softened. He crawled into bed with Sungmin and pulled the covers over them,“ I’m so sorry for what I did to you Sungmin, I never meant to hurt you, I didn’t want to be the cause of your Insecurities, I don’t want you to the change because that’s not what I want , give me another chance to make things better to show you that I love you and only you, just like helped me with my Insecurities let me help you with yours because I hurt you and I want a chance to fix it to fix you,” Kyuhyun whispered wiping the hot tears that were trailing down Sungmin’s cheek, “ I’ll give you another chance but please Kyu it will take time because right now my heart is fragile and I haven’t gotten all the pieces together yet,” Sungmin whispered and Kyuhyun felt his heart break looking at Sungmin because at that moment he seems so small so heart broken, “ I will wait because I love you Minnie,” Kyuhyun said and kissed Sungmin gently, “ For you I wait for ever,” Kyuhyun mumbled into Sungmin’s head the was now tucked under his chin, “ And for you I will stay no matter what,” Sungmin mumbled into the Mankae’s chest before falling asleep.
Insecurities as you see come with every relationship whether it be big or smaller, Insecurities can bring couples together in many ways or break them apart in many ways.
