Cracking open the water bottle

Went skiing this weekend. I haven't been skiing for a long time, perhaps two winters ago? I have the most outdated skis. They are bright neon yellow and pink with white boots that have teal and pink accents. They are also too long for me and they are not shaped. It used to be that the longer the skis, the better. Now it's short ones with a thicker tip and tail. Fortunately, we still use poles. I'm working on actually using mine to help me turn. I work far too hard to get down the mountain. I really like Copper Mountain, they have good run and usually good snow. We found some powder and really short lines up by Union Bowl. Leanne worked hard to try and find me a boy, preferably one from here with a Copper pass so I can use up my other three times.

Sunday, I got up at 8 which is rather late since I went to bed at 930. I was tired. Not sore, just tired. Went to Church and then Goodwill where I found tons of stuffed animals! I got a seal, a penguin, a manatee and the letter R. Hunter has torn the face off the seal and penguin but likes to carry the manatee around. he squashes it into his mouth which scrunches up his nose to they look related. he doesn't know the letter R is his. Usually I spend about 5 dollars on one dog toy. Now I can spend 5 dollars about about 3 toys. If I was super nice, I'd slice them open and insert the squeaky things in them, but that just seems to ask for fluff all over the floor and I'm trying to discourage that.

Michele's grand opening of her liquor store is this Saturday. It's a western theme, any suggestions?

I leave for Ohio in 8 days!
