last night I weighed in at 183.6. My second goal is 183. I have 0.6 pounds to go!
Also, I have been loosing kind of slowly in the past few months, and I have been trying to shrug it off and stay motivated, saying that it is because I've been exercising so much. And, it turns out that I was right not to worry. I tried on a pair of jeans yesterday that were a size 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they weren't even tight. So even if I'm not LOOSING, I'm clearly gaining muscle, and getting smaller. And I wouldn't trade my rock-hard legs for a smaller number on the scale.
