So, as of yesterday, I am officially Lindsay Michelle Butela. It feels a bit odd. I'm going to have to get used to calling myself "Butela," I need to change all of my cards and accounts, and I need to stop referring to myself as "Lindsay Grantland." But I've been Lindsay Grantland for 21 years. I mean, I'm ecstatic to get rid of my old last name, but it is strange to think that I have a new name. Everyone who meets me from now on will know that I'm Lindsay Butela. They won't even know unless I actively tell them that I was once Lindsay Grantland. Weird.
