★ First Impressions
☆ VISUAL: Oliver is about six feet tall, with dark hair that is slightly on the shaggy side and usually left to do as it will. As he recently lived in the desert (though a futuristic and alien one with great sun protection), he has a slight tan. Otherwise, he is thin and not very built, with soulful brown eyes that tend to display the feelings that underlie his cheerful exterior. He also has a ready, warm smile.
☆ AURAL: Oliver is a Brummie (i.e. from Birmingham in the UK) and speaks with a Brummie accent. He speaks very casually on the whole, typically with a light and cheerful tone.
☆ OLFACTORY: Oliver spends his time traveling in the TARDIS, which means he can smell like just about anywhere he has recently been. He does, however, tend to smell faintly of rather plain shaving creme. Also, he spends so much time on the Plane that he picks up its metallic scent a bit. He also likes a good pint (just one or two, mind you) and will have that on his breath pretty frequently.
☆ DEMEANOUR: Friendly and cheerful, Oliver is always happy to see his friends, excited to meet new people, and eager to help anyone at all. He's also an intensely emotional person, however, so when he's nervous or worried or upset, it's written all over him.

☆ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Just fine! Oliver loves hugs. He might be a bit uncomfortable with kissing, depending on the person, but that's half the fun, right? For anything more serious, ask me first.
☆ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Go for it! Just, if you're thinking of doing anything severe, talk to me first.
☆ RELATIONSHIPS: Oliver is madly in love with Chloe Elliot and still getting over how he screwed up his attempt at a relationship with Anna, so this is unlikely. He does, however, get attached and develop friendships very quickly.
☆ PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Oliver is a regular human for the most part. However, since his death on the Plane, Oliver has gained a minor empathic ability. He can feel the emotions of others, but it only happens while he and the other person are maintaining eye contact. Please fill out my permission meme so I know if Oliver can sense your character's emotions! Also, in threads, if Oliver is sensing emotion, it's really helpful if you can give me a general impression of your character's current emotions and make it clear if eye contact is not possible/not happening for some reason.
☆ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Oliver has no magic!
☆ MEDICAL INFORMATION: At the moment, Oliver is generally in good health. In the past, he suffered some serious injuries, including being caught in a building as it blew up, which almost killed him and left him with amnesia. He's since recovered most of those memories, but some are still missing. He also was once possessed by a psychopathic brain worm, so generally his mind has been through a lot of trauma and is susceptible to further injury. He also has a large number of scars, almost all from the explosion. They vary in length and are on his chest, back, and upper legs, so they are typically covered by his clothing. Also, he bleeds black Plane blood since dying in a death match.
☆ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Oliver is terrified of the Puppeteer and any sort of possession and mental manipulation in general, so he may react strongly to abilities related to it. He is also terrified to kill or even attack others because of his fear of becoming a killer like the Puppeteer tried to make him. And he's afraid of hospitals. I'm fine with any of these things coming up!
