The end of an era...
Well, tonight is almost certainly the last time I will be playing indoor soccer at Lords. We started playing in 2004, and I've played almost every week for the last 4 and a half years. Something like 200 games all up (with precious few victories I might add). It's been a lot of fun, and I will miss it. On the other hand, it will be nice to have my Thursday evenings back. With fangirling on Tuesdays and soccer on Thursdays it has left me with not a lot of time midweek to do other things, especially since late nights Tuesday and Thursday mean I like to get to bed early on Wednesday in particular.
Anyway, Thursdays are looking the likely night for gaming, probably starting on December 11 and then possibly the 18th, or possibly leaving it until next year.
