Book covers
Although a book's cover may not be able to sway my final judgment of its contents, a nice cover will pique my interest enough to pick it up and leaf through, to decide whether or not I'm up for the commitment. That's why I love The Book Cover Archive, they recognize the need to appreciate and document this artform and have began posting covers of all sorts. I hope this appreciation flourishes as we enter an age where I feel the experience of holding a physical book, admiring it's cover, enjoying it's weight, texture, and scent becomes less cherished by many.
