last night instead of what i was supposed to do, i...
played through some things in the piano lounge with gabe, however unsuccessfully, went to a nursing home for an ny cares activity thing where we played roulette with boards that looked too much like bingo for anyone to really know what was going on, wandered around, saw danny's van and called him but he didn't answer. got falafel, sat in washington square park, bought more falafel for some homeless guys, went back to see if danny's van was still there.
the van had a ticket, his cell phone was in it right next to his ipod, and two doors were unlocked. so gabe decides to steal the ipod, or hide it in the van somewhere to teach him a lesson about leaving doors unlocked, and we end up in the car with a new plan of hiding so we can scare his ass when he gets back, and then we wait for a while and his brother and father (people i don't know at all and am scared by) get in the car and gabe has to announce our presence so we don't give them heart attacks. danny and elizabeth saw us through the back window as they were walking up and pounded on it and had the most confused looks on their faces ever. it was kind of amazing. anyway.
we went back uptown and hung out with noah for forever, he was preparing a small package of things to send to someone's father. gabe didn't want to go home and borrowed noah's aerobed (which leaked) at like 4am (at which point i still had to pack) and i forgot to put the homework i really needed to bring in my bag (gabe says "stop worrying, you didn't forget anything") so that's awesome. and i realized this morning that i definitely should be going back to school earlier than i am cause i'm gonna be up really really late sunday getting all my shit done. but whatever.
