Well, I weighed myself today and I'm up. BUT - it's a good thing. I've lost fat and gained muscle mass! I probably won't see a significant loss for a little bit, but I bet it's going to be 5 pounds when I do weigh myself again.

And - I ran the full 20 minutes today! I have never run a mile straight before, and today I ran 1.5 miles! I had to drop the speed a way through and the run almost never happened. I was about 2 minutes in when Andrew knocked off his glasses onto my treadmill. I was so close to crushing them with a massive foot, but I shuffled around them and they shot off the back of the treadmill. I cooled down a little bit (both heart rate and temper) and started over. So, I have no idea how far I ran total today, but I still ran 20 minutes straight!

We can finally move on to week 6 of the couch to 5k program. Yay!
