the salteens for real!

last night
As I wrote earlier today I had one of the best nights I've had in awhile yesterday. Sandra and I went to the Salteens show at Call the Office with Carrie and Karas. It now ranks as one of the top 10 shows I've been to and this is why:
+ walking into the bar and the fact that the only other people there were in the bands playing
+ sandra being hit on and lied to by the salteens bassist!! <-- this was especially good
+ hearing The July 26th Movement (not as emo as their name sounds) and Ladies and Gentlemen for the first time and liking both bands a lot
+ how the The July 26th Movement cd was only $5 and how the singer sort of sounds like Bruce Springstein with a bit of Matt Good and Chris Martin
+ the Ladies and Gentlemen's tamborine and the fact that it was their first show ever
+ how Sandra and I were the only two people there dancing and clapping to the Salteens
+ the salteens!

All in all, it was such a great night for tiny little hillarious and surprising reasons ( but it made me miss you leslie) Tomorrow's like Friday for me and I can't wait for this week to be over. I'm sick and there's a bee in my room that I can't get out but last night makes everything so much better.
Also, I'd like some mail and I'd like to send you all some mail! E-mail me your address and I'll send you mine. I miss you!
