quick recap bc i feel like being indulgant--
friday was going to get my limited edition proenza pink lancome lipstick from the lancome boutique in the upper west side with d-bird. then home to the boy dancing in a towel to ella and companions, getting spruced up, and going out to Moto for a romantic dinner. its an amazing little spot, dim lights, exposed brick walls, amazing antique trinquets, really the perfect backdrop to our evermore boho existence. went home laughing, fell asleep tranquil.
saturday was my haircut which was a riot. i look very retro pinup--super slanted bangs that start off really short and dip down into a side bob and then the rest of the hair is lightly layered--i look younger but everyone seems to rather appreciate the change, so im happy. then it was home to relax and cook and appreciate the companionship i rarely get to indulge in these days.
sunday was breakfast at snacktown with the crew, laundry, napping, debating all afternoon, and then sweeping over to hapha and maria's (our first official couple friends--brazilian kids that are fuckign AWESOME) in williamsburg for an oscar smokeout. had amazing food&drinks, puffed on a few joints, had a lot of laughs, felt inspired and content. went home in a snow globe, watched the snowflakes outside our window as we fell asleep in our urban playground.
i guess you could say im happy. hell, highwater, heaven, heart.
