Camping it out with Friso Experience
The boys have been talking about going camping - especially after Sean's school camp experience - but the haze situation has been quite dismal recently so we did the next best thing we could: we decided to bring the outdoors into our home by setting up a play tent for them out on our patio.
The glee on their little faces when they saw the whole set-up was priceless :)
The boys have been getting a lot of play from the Friso Experiences Play Set whizzing down the slide, shooting hoops, having picnics, hiding out in their tent reading and going on grand adventures together. They even aptly made a 'Keep Out' sign for their tent.
On one of the nights during the September holidays, the boys camped outdoors with their trusty torchlights and sleeping bags in their tent (with Papa on sentry duty outside). It turned out to be a really good idea because they could just run home to use the toilet and we could just scoop them up and carry them back to bed after they were sound asleep.
Such a fun and memorable experience - Sean and Ryan still speak very fondly of it and they want to do it again!
From 1 September 2015 to 31 October 2015, Friso will be giving away the Friso Experiences Play Set so that parents can bring the outdoors into their homes and experience more together with their child.
It will consist of a tent, a slide with a basketball hoop, 2 cushions, a storage box and a green carpet.
To qualify, all you have to do is spend $350 on any Friso participating products (Frisomum, Friso Gold Cereal and Friso Gold 2, 3, 4, excluding infant formula for 0-6 months) at participating retailers.
From now till end October, there will also be special Friso Experience Play Zones at the following FairPrice, Guardian and Sheng Siong outlets. Do go down to check it out with your little ones!
