Field Day for Five: FEO Children's Garden

Apr 29, 2014 22:24

Here's another place we really like to go on weekends: FEO Children's Garden.

It's not as crazy crowded as it used to be when it first opened. It is still popular but the place is very spacious so you don't feel like you are jostling with people at all.

My boys like to scoot around the Gardens.

On this particular evening, they didn't want to venture to the water play area (even though we brought their swim stuff).

They were happy just mucking around in the sand. They don't even play on the structures because they tend to get intimidated by the older kids.

Jordan and I usually take a stroll while the older boys play with their Papa. Sometimes if the boys are peckish, we buy them fries from the cafe. It is super cheap ($2 for a big plate, if I remember correctly) and really good!

After that, we all head to Satay by the Bay for some good ol' hawker food. The variety is not too bad.

Everyone always goes home happy :)

PS. Read about our first visit here.

Field Day for Five is a short series of interesting and fun places in Singapore that we like to frequent as a family of five.
